9. Death
This is obvious but is included because it is found in the fiqh books and Ad Daleel (the book off which this book is based on) and the evidence for this is also mentioned that the Prophet (sall Allâhu’ alayhi wa sallam) said “When any son of Adam dies then his deeds are cut off”. The fuqaha (scholars of fiqh, sing. faqeeh) do this sometimes, they put the obvious into the books of fiqh. And I thought it was amazing that the fuqahaa would include even the minutest of details in their books, trying not to leave anything out.
